I had the pleasure of working with Mella's Wood Fired Pizza service on a personal branding session last summer. Really, it was my lucky night when I got to sample a few of their pizzas. Trust me, once you have their wood-fired pizza, you won't want to go back to plain old oven pizza! Not only is their pizza AMAZING, but Jake, Jim, and Suzie are the nicest folks to work with! You may be wondering, how does their service work? They have a mobile wood burning pizza oven that they bring on site to cater your event.
